A lifestyle anchor for Good Morning America, Lara Spencer was born on June 19, 1969 at Garden City, New York. She is also a correspondent for Nightline and ABC News. She was born to Richard von Seelen and his wife Carolyn von Seelen. She completed her graduation from Pennsylvania, State University an athletic scholarship for springboard and platform diving.
